These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at www.atwaterconcretepolishingandepoxyflooring.com and your engagement of services provided by Atwater Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.
By using this website, submitting a contact form, calling our business, or signing an estimate or work agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website or services.
Atwater Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides concrete flooring services including but not limited to epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, garage floor coatings, concrete resurfacing, surface preparation, concrete sealing, and related work for residential and commercial properties in Atwater, CA and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to a written estimate or work order that describes the specific scope of work, materials, and pricing. Work will not begin until the customer has reviewed and agreed to the written scope. The Company reserves the right to decline or modify any project that presents safety concerns or conditions outside of normal scope.
Estimates provided by Atwater Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring are based on an on-site assessment and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Estimates are not binding contracts. A formal work agreement or signed proposal constitutes the binding price for a project.
If unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work (such as existing damage beneath a surface, hidden subfloor issues, or material deficiencies not visible at estimate time), we will notify you in writing before proceeding with any additional work that may affect the final cost.
Free estimates are provided at no charge and with no obligation to proceed.
Project start dates are confirmed in writing. We make every effort to meet scheduled dates, but weather, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible in those cases.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule or pause work due to unsafe job site conditions, lack of access, or failure to complete required site preparation by the customer prior to the scheduled start date.
Payment terms are specified in the written work agreement. For most projects, a deposit is required prior to scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules are outlined in each project agreement.
Accepted payment methods will be specified on your invoice. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as stated in the project agreement. The Company reserves the right to pause or discontinue work on projects with outstanding unpaid balances.
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax will be applied where required by California law.
You agree to:
Any warranty provided on workmanship or materials will be stated explicitly in the written project agreement. Where a warranty is provided, it covers defects in installation under normal use and conditions. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, chemical exposure beyond normal household or commercial use, structural movement, flooding, or modification of the installed surface by the customer or third parties.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and are separate from any workmanship warranty provided by the Company.
Except as expressly stated in a written project agreement, services are provided "as is" without any additional warranty, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
